One coordinator of groups and activities, who makes sure that all the activities are well programmed, don't overlap, who keeps the group updated on the results accomplished, and who serves as webmaster.
An Advisory Board, which includes those Group Managers who have more actively worked for PrometeoNetwork in the past 4-6 months, and who are responsible for:
- discussing and evaluating proposals and activities
- evaluating potential new candidates to join the Advisory Board and/or exclusion of Advisors who have not contributed significantly for several months
The Advisory Board should make every effort to reach agreements that satisfy every of its members, and will resort to email-voting only if necessary. In this case, the proposal will be approved by email-voting (in order for a proposal to be approved it would need more than 60% of votes.
Group Managers, entitled of finding new partners, sponsors, proposing new activities and ideas to the Advisory Board. New or past Group Managers who have contributed significantly to the activity of PrometeoNetwork for at least 4-6months can join the advisory board at anytime, upon the advisory board's acceptance.
