West Coast Life Sciences Online

 Mission 

The Mission of this group is to provide researchers and physicians who work or have worked for at least 1 year in the West Coast of the U.S. with a tool to interact with each other and, eventually, also with members from the other groups of PrometeoNetwork.

The transfer of knowledge and experiences among professionals with different backgrounds in Life Sciences is vital for our professional growth and for the quality of our studies. Since we believe that professional relationships are key to success, this group wants to represent a way for Researchers and Physicians to share scientific knowledge and to encourage scientific collaborations with each other. This group includes also researchers and physicians who have worked in the in any public or private Life Science Institution in the West Coast of the U.S., who represent a useful source of information and expertise for other members who are willing to have a similar professional experience.

 Aims

· To build an outstanding community of Researchers and Physicians of the U.S. West Coast where members can benefit from transferring scientific knowledge among themselves and with members of other groups.

· To get introduced to other members of the group through the people you know (by using the networking platform of Within3)

· To facilitate the job search in Life Sciences for our members looking for positions in West Coast Universities and/or companies by posting online job opportunities available in the institution where our Members work
